Take-down and counter-notification
If you submit a takedown notice and the content is removed, and the original poster believes the removal was incorrect, they may submit a counter-notice with their contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining why the content is not infringing. We will review counter-notices and reinstate content if appropriate under applicable laws.
Exceptions & photography credit
If you are credited as the photographer or content owner but do not want your work on Troodeo, please contact us via the Contact form; include proof of ownership and we will review the request. We aim to respect creators and will act quickly to resolve valid disputes.
